Subscription and Access

Your subscription includes unlimited access to our full library of approved online courses for one year. You can complete as many or as few courses as you like.

No. Our subscription is a one-time payment granting you unlimited course access for the subscription duration.

Yes, you can access courses from any PC, Mac, smartphone, tablet, or iPad. You can also start courses on one device and continue on another seamlessly.

Certification and Credits

Yes. All RecertifyHR courses are pre-approved for both SHRM and HRCI recertification credits.

No. SHRM and HRCI do not impose a limit on the number of self-paced e-learning credits for recertification.

Certificates with pre-approved SHRM and HRCI activity numbers are immediately available upon course completion.

Yes. You can retake quizzes and review courses as often as you need within your subscription period.

Yes, 1 hour equals 1 credit. Most courses offer 1 or 1.5 credits.

Renewals and Discounts

Returning clients should use the renewal link provided via email. If you need this link resent, please contact our support team.

Yes. We offer a 10% discount for 2-5 subscriptions and a 15% discount for 6 or more. Contact our support team for further details.

  • For HRCI, visit the HRCI Provider Directory, type “RecertifyHR” into the provider name box, and click search.
  • For SHRM, visit SHRM’s website and search for RecertifyHR under Preferred Providers.

Yes. Certificates are emailed immediately upon completion and can be saved or printed anytime.

Yes, if you start immediately and spend the required time, it’s possible to complete all 60 credits quickly.

No. Courses are intended only for recertification purposes, not for initial certification exams.

Yes. You will receive a $25 gift card for each referral outside of your company who purchases an e-Learning package. Ensure referrals mention your name during checkout.

Note on HRCI & SHRM Requirements

  • HRCI: Credentials like aPHR, PHR, SPHR, and GPHR generally require a set number of recertification credits within a three-year cycle.
  • SHRM: SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP typically require 60 PDCs every three years.
